1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
•Check-in: from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. •Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
2. DOCUMENTS AND REGISTRATION
•At check-in, it is mandatory to present a valid ID document for guest registration. •The collected data will be processed in compliance with privacy regulations.
3. TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is applied as follows: •High season: €1.00 per person per night. •Low season: €0.80 per person per night. Children under 14 and other categories provided by local regulations are exempt.
4. SECURITY AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
•The property is equipped with a video surveillance system in the external area to ensure the safety of guests and staff. •The cameras do not record in private rooms or internal common areas.
5. BEHAVIORAL RULES
•Respect quiet hours during nighttime (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) to ensure everyone’s rest. •Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. •Any damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the responsible party.
