Each unit features a private balcony, air conditioning, video intercom, free WiFi, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer.

The kitchens are fully equipped with stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils, while guests also have access to coffee pods, herbal teas, cleaning products and laundry detergent. We also provide bed linens and towels to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The building also has an elevator, however this does not make our apartments accessible to disabled guests.

Check-in and Check-out

Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present a valid ID for each guest and pay the tourist tax in cash or by card.

The tax amount is:

– €1.00 per night per person in high season.

– €0.80 per night per person in low season.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-in is available for €10.00.

From Milazzo you can reach Catania Fontanarossa airport in several ways. The most convenient option is the direct bus (like Giuntabus or Flibco), which arrives directly at the airport in about 2 hours. Alternatively you can travel by train, changing at Messina and then continuing to Catania Centrale, from where you can take a bus or taxi to the airport. If you prefer speed and comfort, car or private transfer takes about 1 hour and a half, depending on traffic.

Private parking is available for €10.00 per day.

How to reach us

The apartments are easily accessible by car, train or from Sicily’s main airports, with Catania as the closest and fastest option. Catania-Fontanarossa airport (CTA) is preferred, about 140 km away, followed by Palermo (PMO) at 200 km

By Plane

Land at Catania-Fontanarossa (closer, 135 km) or Palermo-PMO (227 km). Direct bus/shuttle to Milazzo Port (Catania 2h, Palermo via train 3-4h), then 10-15 min walk or taxi along the Ponente waterfront to the seafront address.

By Car

Take A20/E90 towards Messina, exit "Milazzo-Aeolian Islands", follow port/center. From the port, continue 1 km on the Spiaggia di Ponente waterfront (beach side) to no.15; easy parking nearby, sea view.

By Train

Reach Milazzo Station via Trenitalia (from Catania Centrale 2h, from Palermo 2.5h with change at Messina). Taxi 5 min (3.7 km) or bus line 4 to the port, then 1 km walk on Via Spiaggia di Ponente 15.
